1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these terms will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a user of the 5777d platform.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated on an account subsequently found to be held by a person under 18 will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.

4. Account Registration

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, a chosen username, and a secure password. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information if it changes.

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on 5777d at any time. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account. Withdrawals to a third-party account are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for fully verified accounts.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 5777d reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, request additional documentation, or report activity to relevant authorities if it suspects that funds on the Platform are derived from illegal activity. Players found to be using the Platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial purpose will have their accounts closed and all balances forfeited.

6. Betting & Casino Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the 5777d Platform:

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change prior to the bet being confirmed.
• 5777d reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the event.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. In the event of a technical interruption during live betting, 5777d reserves the right to void unsettled bets where the outcome cannot be independently verified.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed within the betting interface prior to bet placement.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement.

6.2 Casino Games

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5777d Platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any arrangement with sports participants to influence event outcomes.
• Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposited funds.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

5777d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by these general terms as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus funds, which are held separately from real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period without replacement.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

5777d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to meet age verification requirements.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account closure by 5777d due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be forfeited at 5777d's discretion, particularly where the breach involves fraud or misrepresentation. Where closure is initiated at the player's request or due to inactivity, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
